This proposal seeks DAO approval for the strategic direction to introduce the AIGURU token and implement its foundational economic framework, establishing it as the utility and governance engine for the upcoming launch of the Guru Wizard platform.   3. Integrated Ecosystem Components: Conceptually integrating Wizard Nodes (as pathways for specialized contribution/development focus) and Guru Apps Credits (GACs, rewarding active participation), all powered by the AIGURU economy.
  4. Managed Growth & Utility Focus: Approving the principle of a phased AIGURU distribution and liquidity strategy that prioritizes stability and real utility.
  5. Compliance & Active Use: Affirming commitment to utility-first design, emphasizing active participation and alignment with regulatory guidelines (“No shortcuts, no passive farming”).

Background

As we prepare to launch the Guru Wizard (our upcoming platform for building and launching AI applications) and expand our suite of AI Agents and Applications, a robust economic model is paramount. This proposal formalizes the symbiotic relationship between our foundational GURU token and the new AIGURU utility token. AIGURU is designed to be the lifeblood of the AI services launched via the Wizard. Crucially, every AIGURU token starts with staked GURU, creating a direct link where ecosystem activity and the demand for AIGURU inherently drive demand for staking GURU, reducing its circulating supply and making GURU the engine of the entire Guru Network.

We ask the DAO to review the following conceptual framework for the GURU x AIGURU system:

  1. Implement Mandatory GURU Staking for AIGURU:

    • Action: Develop the system where AIGURU is granted through staking GURU.

  2. Define AIGURU as the Universal Key & Fuel:

    • Action: Establish AIGURU as the required token for core ecosystem actions and DAO decisions.
    • Explanation: AIGURU is the indispensable key to the network. It’s the utility token needed for: running AI agents (gas-free calls), activating/upgrading Nodes, launching apps/workflows via Guru Wizard, and exercising DAO governance. Every significant action is powered by AIGURU.

  3. Integrate Nodes as Contribution Pathways & GACs for Activity:

    • Action: Design the AIGURU economy incorporating Nodes and GACs.
    • Explanation:
      • Wizard Nodes as Development Epics: Frame Nodes as tangible representations of significant future development initiatives or R&D directions (akin to ‘Epics’ in project management). Activating or progressing these Nodes (Epics) will require AIGURU (derived from staked GURU), allowing the community to directly participate in specific future development areas facilitated by the Guru Wizard.
      • Guru Apps Credits (GACs): Implement GACs as non-transferable credits earned strictly through verifiable, active participation within the ecosystem apps, reinforcing the “no passive farming” ethos.
